Clinical Consultative Pathway (Texas residents only)
The Clinical Consultative Pathway includes physician-led consultations and programs that provide individualized cardiometabolic assessment, personalized guidance, and ongoing follow-up through structured telehealth visits.
Participants may also receive support between visits through secure communication channels and other program resources, as appropriate within the structure of the program.
Guided Educational Pathway (Available to U.S. residents nationwide)

The Aikyaa Model of Care
Aikyaa is not a replacement for your primary care physician. Instead, it provides a focused, physician-led approach to heart and metabolic health, prevention, and risk reduction.
While primary care physicians manage a wide range of health concerns, Aikyaa focuses specifically on helping individuals better understand their cardiovascular and metabolic health, including questions such as: What is my future cardiovascular risk? What factors are contributing to that risk? And what can I do to reduce it?
Programs and consultations are guided by evidence-based cardiology, lifestyle medicine, and current clinical guidelines. Participants receive education and guidance on effective risk reduction strategies, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, weight management, and other lifestyle practices that support long-term health.
The goal is to help individuals better understand their cardiovascular and metabolic health, identify opportunities for risk reduction, and implement practical, evidence-based lifestyle strategies that support long-term health.
Aikyaa is a consultative, prevention-focused service and does not replace ongoing care provided by your primary care physician, cardiologist, or other healthcare professionals.
The focus of Aikyaa is heart and metabolic health, prevention, and risk reduction. Programs and consultations are designed to help individuals better understand their cardiovascular and metabolic health, identify opportunities for risk reduction, and implement practical, evidence-based lifestyle strategies.
If you have an existing heart condition or other ongoing medical condition, you should continue to work with your treating physicians for diagnosis, treatment, medication management, monitoring, testing, procedures, and ongoing care. This includes conditions such as coronary artery disease, prior heart attack, heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias (including atrial fibrillation), valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, or other cardiovascular conditions requiring specialized medical care.
Aikyaa programs are designed for individuals who want to better understand their heart and metabolic health, cardiometabolic risk, and long-term health trajectory through physician-led consultation, education, and lifestyle-focused guidance.
The overall focus of Aikyaa is on cardiometabolic risk reduction, prevention, and improving long-term health outcomes through guideline-driven prevention strategies and practical, evidence-based lifestyle practices. The specific scope and goals of care may vary across individual programs and pathways.
Programs may be appropriate for individuals with cardiometabolic conditions or risk factors such as overweight or obesity, prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol levels, fatty liver disease, metabolic syndrome, or a family history of cardiovascular disease.
Aikyaa is particularly well suited for individuals seeking physician guidance on questions such as: What is my cardiovascular risk? What factors are contributing to that risk? What changes are likely to have the greatest impact? Are medications appropriate for me, and if so, when and why? How can nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other lifestyle practices be used effectively to support heart and metabolic health?
While the potential role of medications may be discussed when appropriate, the primary focus is helping individuals understand their health, make informed decisions, and implement sustainable strategies that support long-term cardiovascular and metabolic health.
Aikyaa is best suited for individuals who are interested in a prevention-focused approach and are willing to take an active role in improving their long-term health through guideline-driven prevention strategies and practical, evidence-based lifestyle practices.
The programs emphasize sustainable, long-term change rather than quick fixes, and focus on building a comprehensive understanding of the lifestyle, behavioral, and medical factors that influence cardiometabolic health.

Clinical Consultative Pathway (Texas Only)
Below are common questions about Aikyaa's Clinical Consultative Pathway, including the Aikyaa Signature Cardiometabolic Program, Aikyaa South Asian Heart Initiative (SAHI), and Aikyaa Cardiometabolic Consultation Program.
The Clinical Consultative Pathway is available to eligible Texas residents and currently includes three physician-led options designed to support heart and metabolic health through cardiometabolic assessment, education, and lifestyle-focused guidance.
- Aikyaa Signature Cardiometabolic Program
A comprehensive 6-month clinical consultative program that includes an in-depth initial one-on-one cardiometabolic consultation followed by multiple structured follow-up visits over a six-month period. The program focuses on cardiometabolic risk assessment, prevention, education, and implementation of guideline-driven prevention strategies and evidence-based lifestyle practices.
Because the program is designed as a structured longitudinal experience, participants should be prepared to commit to the full six-month program.
- Aikyaa South Asian Heart Initiative (SAHI)
A comprehensive 6-month clinical consultative program similar in structure to the Signature Program, but designed specifically for individuals of South Asian origin. The program incorporates consideration of the unique cardiovascular and metabolic risks commonly seen in South Asian populations, along with culturally relevant education and lifestyle guidance.
As with the Signature Program, participants should be prepared to commit to the full six-month program structure.
- Aikyaa Cardiometabolic Consultation Program
A one-time comprehensive physician consultation designed for individuals seeking a focused assessment of their cardiovascular and metabolic health. This option may be appropriate for those seeking clarity, direction, or personalized guidance regarding cardiometabolic risk factors, prevention strategies, and lifestyle approaches, without enrolling in a longer-term structured program.
Additional information regarding eligibility, program structure, scheduling, and enrollment is available on the individual program pages.
The Aikyaa Signature Cardiometabolic Program is a cardiologist-led, structured 6-month clinical consultative program available to eligible Texas residents.
The program includes a comprehensive initial one-on-one cardiometabolic consultation, followed by multiple structured follow-up visits over a six-month period. Through these consultations, participants receive individualized cardiometabolic assessment, physician-led education, and lifestyle-focused guidance aimed at reducing cardiovascular and metabolic risk.
The program emphasizes guideline-driven prevention strategies and evidence-based lifestyle practices related to nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, weight management, and other factors that influence long-term heart and metabolic health.
Additional information regarding program structure, visit frequency, eligibility, and enrollment is available on the program page.
The Aikyaa South Asian Heart Initiative (SAHI) is a cardiologist-led, structured 6-month clinical consultative program designed specifically for individuals of South Asian origin.
SAHI follows the same overall structure as the Aikyaa Signature Cardiometabolic Program, including a comprehensive initial one-on-one cardiometabolic consultation followed by multiple structured follow-up visits over a six-month period.
The primary difference is that SAHI incorporates consideration of the unique cardiovascular and metabolic risks commonly seen in South Asian populations, along with culturally relevant education and lifestyle guidance.
As with the Signature Program, participants should be prepared to commit to the full six-month program structure.
The Aikyaa Cardiometabolic Consultation Program is a one-time, physician-led cardiometabolic consultation designed for eligible adults(18 years and older) in Texas who are seeking a comprehensive assessment, education, and personalized recommendations without enrolling in a structured six-month program.
The consultation follows a similar format to the initial assessment offered within the Signature Program and SAHI, including review of relevant medical history, laboratory results, medications, lifestyle factors, cardiometabolic risk profile, and opportunities for risk reduction.
Unlike the Signature Program and SAHI, the Consultation Program does not include scheduled follow-up visits, ongoing program support, longitudinal guidance, or structured implementation over time. Participants receive recommendations and next steps based on the consultation, but ongoing follow-up is not included.
The consultation fee is a one-time payment. Details regarding fees are available on the Program page.
The Signature Program and SAHI are structured six-month clinical consultative programs designed for individuals seeking ongoing physician guidance, follow-up visits, education, and support while implementing cardiometabolic risk-reduction strategies over time.
The Aikyaa Signature Cardiometabolic Program and the Aikyaa South Asian Heart Initiative (SAHI) are designed for adults who want to better understand their heart and metabolic health and take a proactive approach to reducing cardiometabolic risk through physician-led guidance, education, and evidence-based lifestyle practices.
The programs may be appropriate for individuals with cardiometabolic risk factors or conditions such as overweight or obesity, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, prediabetes or diabetes, abnormal cholesterol levels, fatty liver disease, metabolic syndrome, known cardiovascular disease, or a family history of heart disease.
They are particularly well suited for individuals seeking a structured, physician-guided approach to understanding their risk profile, implementing guideline-driven prevention strategies, and making sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term health.
The SAHI program is specifically designed for individuals of South Asian origin and incorporates consideration of the unique cardiovascular and metabolic risks commonly seen in South Asian populations, along with culturally relevant education and lifestyle guidance.
The Signature Program and SAHI Program are designed for individuals who are interested in a structured, prevention-focused approach to improving heart and metabolic health through physician-led education, guideline-driven prevention strategies, and evidence-based lifestyle practices.
These programs may not be the best fit for individuals seeking urgent medical care, ongoing management of complex cardiovascular conditions, continuous medication management, or a quick solution to long-standing health concerns.
Because the programs are structured, time-limited consultative services, they do not replace ongoing care provided by a primary care physician, cardiologist, or other healthcare professionals.
Individuals with active cardiac symptoms, significant cardiovascular disease requiring ongoing specialist management, or other complex medical conditions should continue to work closely with their treating physicians.
The Aikyaa Signature Cardiometabolic Program and the Aikyaa South Asian Heart Initiative (SAHI) are structured, 6-month clinical consultative programs that include:
