What is the cancellation and refund policy for the Wellness Program?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. Because these programs are self-pay and include immediate access to educational content and/or scheduled group support, enrollment fees are non-refundable and cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

What if I enroll but later decide not to continue?

Accepted Answer

Once enrolled, the program email communication will continue for the full 24 weeks and will stop after that. If you prefer, you may unsubscribe at any time to stop receiving emails.

During your active 24-week program period, you will also have access to the included group sessions (as scheduled).

Please note: No refunds are provided once registered, even if you unsubscribe or choose not to participate.

Payment processing depends on the program you enroll in, and all payments are processed securely by credit card. We do not bill insurance.

C4+ / SAHI (Clinical, Texas): You’ll be charged at registration (typically the enrollment fee + first payment). Remaining payments, if applicable, are auto-charged monthly to the same card on the scheduled date.
Cardiometabolic Wellness Program (Nationwide): One-time payment due at registration.
Webinar Series (Nationwide): One-time payment per webinar (pricing may vary by topic/format; bundles may be offered when available).

paying with your HSA/FSA card
paying first and requesting reimbursement through your HSA/FSA administrator.

At this time, Aikyaa is self-pay only and does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid. We do not bill Medicare/Medicaid for any services. If you are a Medicare or Medicaid beneficiary, you will be asked to sign a self-pay agreement acknowledging that you are responsible for all fees and that no claims will be submitted

Are medications prescribed?

No. Aikyaa does not prescribe medications.

Dr. Hirudayaraj will review your current medications, labs, and diagnoses and may discuss evidence-based options to consider with your PCP/cardiologist, but prescriptions are not issued.

This keeps care continuous and coordinated with your long-term medical team.

Question 13

Do you sell supplements or products?

Accepted Answer

No. Aikyaa does not sell supplements or offer IV infusions.

If clinically relevant, Dr. Hirudayaraj may discuss select supplements (example: vitamin D, omega-3s, magnesium), but the emphasis is food-first nutrition and evidence-based lifestyle strategy.

IV infusions/detox therapies are not part of Aikyaa programs.

What is the cancellation and refund policy before the program begins?

We understand that circumstances can change. Our policy is designed to be fair while respecting time reserved and services already provided.

Cancel before the program begins:

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your first clinical scheduled session, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Any additional reschedules beyond that will incur a $50 rescheduling fee

What happens if I cancel after the program starts?

Fees for services already provided are non-refundable
Any upcoming monthly installments will be canceled (you will not be charged further)
No additional services (including coaching, communication, or platform access) will be provided after the cancellation date

What happens if I miss or cancel an appointment late?

Missed sessions / late cancellations:

If you miss a clinic session or cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, that session is considered completed and is not refundable
One complimentary reschedule is allowed per program (subject to availability)

Any additional reschedules beyond that will incur a $50 rescheduling fee
