Outcomes & Expectations

Are results guaranteed?

No—results are not guaranteed. Everyone’s biology and starting points are different, and outcomes depend on factors like medical history, lifestyle, genetics, and consistency.

Aikyaa provides a structured, evidence-based roadmap, physician-led guidance, and tools to support meaningful improvement—but results can vary.

What helps most:

  • Realistic expectations (no quick fixes)
  • Active participation (engaging with the plan)
  • Long-term mindset (building durable habits)

Medications / Supplements / Products

Are medications prescribed?

No. Aikyaa does not prescribe medications.

Dr. Hirudayaraj will review your current medications, labs, and diagnoses and may discuss evidence-based options to consider with your PCP/cardiologist, but prescriptions are not issued.

This keeps care continuous and coordinated with your long-term medical team.
