All materials created, developed, and provided by Aikyaa Heart Health & Wellness PLLC (“Aikyaa”) are protected by applicable United States copyright laws and intellectual property regulations.

This includes, but is not limited to, all materials provided through the programs and offerings within the Aikyaa Clinical Consultative Pathway and the Aikyaa Guided Educational Pathway, including Aikyaa Community Health Guidance Sessions, as well as website content.

Ownership of Materials

All content is the intellectual property of Aikyaa Heart Health & Wellness PLLC unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

  • Program materials and educational content
  • Written documents, guides, and summaries
  • Visual content, graphics, and presentations
  • Website content, design, and structure
  • Recorded or live session materials (including webinars and workshops)
  • Educational frameworks, methodologies, curriculum structures, and program sequencing

No ownership rights are transferred to participants or website users.

  • Are intended solely for use by the enrolled participant
  • Are provided as part of a physician-led, consultative care experience

  • Be used for commercial, business, or program development purposes in any form, including digital or print
  • Be repurposed into derivative works or used to create similar programs, courses, educational content, presentations, coaching materials, or commercial offerings

Materials presented through the the Aikyaa Cardiometabolic Foundations Program:

  • Are intended for personal use only by registered participants
  • Are protected intellectual property of Aikyaa

Without prior written permission, these materials may not:

  • Be shared, copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed to others
  • Be used for commercial, business, or program development purposes in any form, including digital or print
  • Be repurposed into derivative works or used to create similar programs, courses, educational content, presentations, coaching materials, or commercial offerings
  • Be used for artificial intelligence model training, machine learning systems, automated extraction, scraping, or data mining activities
  • Be incorporated into AI-generated health, wellness, educational, coaching, or commercial platforms
  • Be adapted, transformed, reverse engineered, or incorporated into automated or AI-enabled systems
  • Be used to develop similar digital health products, wellness platforms, educational systems, or commercial offerings

Aikyaa Community Health Guidance Sessions Materials:

Materials presented through the Aikyaa Community Health Guidance Sessions, including in-person and virtual talks, webinars, workshops, seminars, presentations, educational events, and related recordings (live or recorded):

  • Are protected intellectual property of Aikyaa
  • Are intended for individual educational use

Without prior written permission, participants may not:

  • Record, copy, reproduce, distribute, or redistribute content or recordings
  • Share participant-only access links, downloadable materials, or recordings
  • Repurpose content into derivative works, educational materials, presentations, courses, coaching materials, or commercial offerings
  • Use materials for artificial intelligence model training, machine learning systems, automated extraction, scraping, or data mining activities
  • Incorporate content into AI-generated health, wellness, educational, coaching, or commercial platforms
  • Adapt, transform, reverse engineer, or incorporate content into automated or AI-enabled systems
  • Use content to develop similar digital health products, wellness platforms, educational systems, or commercial offerings

Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission, prohibited uses of Aikyaa materials include, but are not limited to:

  • Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or repurposing content without authorization
  • Creating derivative works, similar programs, educational systems, or commercial offerings based on Aikyaa materials
  • Using Aikyaa materials, frameworks, or educational content for commercial, instructional, technological, competitive, or program development purposes
  • Using content for artificial intelligence model training, machine learning systems, automated extraction, scraping, or data mining activities
  • Incorporating content into AI-generated health, wellness, educational, coaching, or commercial platforms
  • Adapting, transforming, reverse engineering, or incorporating materials into automated or AI-enabled systems
  • Using Aikyaa materials to develop similar digital health products, wellness platforms, educational systems, or commercial offerings

 

Such actions may constitute a violation of applicable copyright laws.

Permission Requests

Requests to use, reproduce, or distribute any Aikyaa materials must be submitted in writing.

Use of materials without explicit prior written permission is not permitted.
